At the head of the Festival of Marketing, Ruth Mortimer is the creative force behind a multi-award-winning annual event. The largest global event dedicated to brand marketers, it seamlessly blends inspiration and practical application – and this year will be headlined by Stephen Fry.

About Ruth Mortimer

Ruth Mortimer is the director of the Festival of Marketing and content director for Centaur Marketing, which comprises Marketing Week, Econsultancy, Festival of Marketing, Creative Review, Design Week, Celebrity Intelligence, Fashion/Beauty Monitor, Year Ahead and Foresight News. 

Her role is to lead Centaur’s flagship event for brands, which comprises a programme featuring 250 speakers, including high profile figures such as Apple founder Steve Wozniak. The Festival runs 13 simultaneous stages, an awards scheme, a dinner programme, parties and a partner fringe programme.

Her content role involves ensuring that the brands – which range from print magazines to digital training providers, from data intelligence products to large-scale events, have a joined-up content strategy that helps us provide our audiences in the marketing, media, creative and PR communities with products that fit their needs.
