In this hour-long practical workshop, journalist and live programme commissioner Simone Baird will discuss what works (and what doesn’t) in the live space, what makes money, and how events can feed back into digital and print.

Simone Baird has been a journalist for 20 years, and worked with publishing groups on their revenue-generating live content programmes, including Time Out, Frieze and Delayed Gratification. She was head of Guardian Masterclasses from 2012 to 2014, rapidly growing the business and expanding the programme internationally.
